- Usa tu cámara fotográfica y/o dispositivo móvil con la mayor precaución posible durante tu vuelo en globo.
- La empresa no se hará responsable de artículos olvidados o extraviados en las instalaciones del Globo puerto durante el transcurso de la actividad, ni en el vehículo que lo traslado.
Recomendaciones de vestimenta:
- Porta zapatos cómodos (tenis, botas, zapatos bajos) jeans, pants, bermudas, sudaderas; No es recomendable llevar falda, vestido, ropa ceñida o que impida moverte libremente. Las sandalias, zapatos de tacón, huaraches o chanclas no están permitidos.

Restricciones:
- Mujeres embarazadas en cualquier etapa de gestación. Personas con problemas de presión arterial.
- Personas con fracturas o lesiones recientes. Personas con problemas cardiorrespiratorios, Cirugías recientes o problemas de columna y/o rodillas. Padecimientos crónicos (fobia a las alturas, vértigo, etc.)
- Personas en estado de ebriedad o intoxicadas no podrán realizar la actividad sin derecho a reembolso
- Queda estrictamente prohibido fumar en la zona de despegue, durante el vuelo y en el aterrizaje
- No podrán volar menores de edad que tengan menos de 4 años o estatura menor a 1.20 mts
- Todo menor de edad deberá volar con compañía de un adulto y deberá saber seguir las instrucciones del piloto.

Cancelación por clima:
