  • Viajes Turísticos Noguez, tiene el compromiso de apegarse al servicio contratado.
  • El tipo de transporte (Automóvil) queda sujeto al número de Pasajeros para el traslado contratado con un máximo de 4 personas.
  • En su ocupación máxima de 4 personas, esta sujeto al espacio para guardar el equipaje.
  • Cualquier Servicio no Utilizado Voluntariamente por el cliente, no dará derecho a reclamación o Reembolso.
  • Para confirmar su lugar, es necesario realizar la reserva y pagarla, por lo menos 12 hrs antes del servicio.
  • En caso de cancelación por parte del cliente está sujeto a lo siguiente;
  • -Si es antes de 15 días de la fecha de Salida del Viaje, Estará libre de Penalizaciones.
  • -Si es dentro del los 15 a los 2 días de la Salida del Viaje, tendrá una penalización del 50% del Anticipo.
  • -Si es dentro de las 24 hrs de la salida del Viaje, No abra reembolso Alguno.
  • El hecho de que el cliente realice el pago por el traslado que haya elegido, implica su aceptación de las condiciones y responsabilidades contenidas en esta publicación.
  • Por cuestiones Ajenas a Viajes Turísticos Noguez, como cuestiones Naturales y/o de Salud, Viajes Turísticos Noguez no se hace responsable de lo que esto ocasione.
  • Si existe algún retraso o corte en las vialidades, no es Responsabilidad Viajes Turísticos Noguez por el retraso que derive esto.
  • Una vez realizada la reserva y pagada, en un lapso de 8hrs horas será contactado por personal de la Agencia, para darle seguimiento a su reserva, por cualquiera de los diferentes medios de comunicación (Whatsapp, Correo electrónico y/o mensaje de texto)
  • Para traslados urgentes o que sea menor a las 12 hrs de su realización, favor de contactar vía whatsapp.

    • Viajes Turísticos Noguez is committed to adhering to the contracted service.

    • Once the reservation is made and paid, within 8 hours you will be contacted by Agency staff, to follow up on your reservation, by any of the different means of communication (Whatsapp, Email and/or text message)

    • For urgent transfers or those that are less than 12 hours after completion, please contact via whatsapp.
